North Shore Community Health offers a wide variety of services as a part of our integrated health care approach. Your doctor (Primary Care Provider/PCP) works with an extensive NSCH team to provide comprehensive preventive care as well as sick care to patients.
Virtual Health is a form of healthcare that allows for a medical provider to attend to a patient remotely. At North Shore Community Health Center, we offer telehealth visits by video, providing patients with an opportunity to be seen by their health care provider from the comfort of their own home.
Over 14,000 patients across the North Shore call us their medical home. We are committed to providing exceptional and culturally competent care to all, and our providers cannot wait to take care of you. Conveniently in three locations, we offer medical, dental, and behavioral services in addition to robust HIV, Hepatitis C, Sexual, and Reproductive services.
