North Shore Community Health is excited to announce that we have been awarded a multi-year award as a part of the Cummings Grant Foundation $30 million grant program which has awarded nearly $600 million to date in Massachusetts! Virtual Health is a form of healthcare that allows for a medical provider to attend to a patient remotely. At North Shore Community Health Center, we offer telehealth visits by video, providing patients with an opportunity to be seen by their health care provider from the comfort of their own home.
